An official from your organization works with the owner of Smart Cycles to setup your fundraiser’s details.
We select a date and time for a reception at Smart Cycles for your members/guests. Smart Cycles can provide refreshments, conduct safety clinics, provide advice, etc. to your guests. The reception is optional (but recommended) and it is totally LOW PRESSURE….no hard sells or any of that. Smart Cycles also sends out an invitation to our customer list (over 10,000 strong) inviting them to the reception where a portion of any purchase they make that evening going to your cause.
Your members are also notified of the FUNDRAISER directly by YOU in mailed correspondence, email campaigns, social media posts, etc.
Your group will be assigned a “Member ID” by Smart Cycles and each member (family, individual) will receive a card that they present at ring out at our store. Each sale will be recorded ‘on account’ and commissions will be paid out at the rate and on the schedule that is agreed upon before the fundraiser begins.

Another customer hosted a similar event to benefit Children’s Connection – a group that collects gifts to deliver to children in unfortunate situations at the Holidays. Her 3 hour event netted enough to deliver 24 bikes and helmets to the charity.
